Shipping policy

All HMS products are printed and shipped on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery times

Domestic (US): 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination and customs.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.

Customs and duties (international orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. HMS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
